Anetta Sidorowicz recent works attempt to reveal aspects of history and self-portraits, which have a profound impact on our contemporary culture today.  In the current climate, where the important role is played by social media, or so called mirror phenomenon, self portraits play a vital role, like seeing oneself through the eyes of society. In Sidorowicz interpretation of an image of herself, she finds a continuous return to those aspects that often hide or misrepresent the classical way of how a self-portrait should be. In her unique approach to make an honest self-portrait she asks three questions.
