The Alternator ArtMart is back again! This edition is unofficial, unplanned, and a secret (until now).

ArtMart is a community engagement initiative that brings experimental contemporary work into public hubs in an unexpected format: a vending machine! Local artists create works at the scale of a can of pop or bag of chips. The art objects are priced affordable between $2 and $20, available for purchase from the machine through cash or card.

Items available in the Alternator ArtMart will represent a variety of mediums and themes and will embody the Alternator’s focus on experimental contemporary art.

We have invited artists from our previous three editions of the ArtMart vending machine to bring back their artwork for all of you to enjoy. Check out the vending machine to get a second chance at exclusive work from the following artists:

Alison Beaumont
Ashleigh Green
Bailey Ennig
Cool Arts Society
Hanns Lujan
Moozhan Ahmadzadegan
Shauna Oddleifson
Steve Kwasniewski
Will Hoffman

You can visit the ArtMart in the atrium of the Rotary Centre for the Arts at 421 Cawston Ave in Kelowna, BC.
