Kel Taylor in Conversation with Rio Branner
In this edition, Kel sits down with Rio Branner! Rio has made a name for herself as Kelowna’s own sensational milliner, renowned for her flair for the fabulous. Rio’s journey began in fashion design, then upcycled accessories, and ultimately millinery and the creation of signature one of a kind hats. Her boutique, located on Ellis Street, first opened its doors in 2022 and has quickly become a standout destination for shoppers seeking a unique and lively experience.
