We are thrilled to announce the launch of 20 Faces // 2026. Over the next several weeks, this initiative will serve as the focal point of our public outreach, opening a human window into the diverse practices grounded right here at the Alternator.
Through a series of upcoming digital spotlights, we will be sharing the studio spaces, profiles, and portfolios of 20 current members (the "Faces"). Simultaneously, we are opening up 20 new memberships (the "Places") to invite fresh voices into our network of 150+ practicing artists.

The Alternator Centre for Contemporary Art is now accepting exhibition proposals from artists and curators for the 2027/2028 programming of the Main Gallery and Project Gallery.
